What delivery options are available?

We offer various delivery options depending on your order destination. Currently, we provide free India delivery on all orders with a minimum spend of 5000 Rs (excluding Diamond Watches). Terms & Conditions apply. Delivery charges may vary depending on your delivery location, which will be confirmed at Checkout. After selecting your delivery option, you will receive an estimated delivery date at checkout.

What if I'm not available to receive my delivery during the allocated time slot?

DPD offers flexible delivery options if you’re not available during your allocated time slot. You can choose to leave your package with a neighbor or in a safe place.

Can I choose a specific delivery date?

Yes, you can choose a convenient delivery date with our Nominated Day Delivery option.
This service allows you to select a preferred delivery date, including weekends, for selected items during checkout. Once your purchase is complete, we will send you an email to confirm your chosen delivery date and order details.

Can I ship orders to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, we can only deliver orders to one shipping address at a time. This includes orders for hampers and Gift Cards. However, if you require assistance placing separate orders to multiple addresses, please contact our Customer Service team for support.

Are duties and taxes included in the product price for international orders?

To simplify worldwide shipping, we have included duties and taxes in the product price
where possible. Duties and taxes will be included and shown at the Checkout for your
convenience.

How long does it take for international orders to be delivered?

The delivery time for international orders may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures. You will receive an estimated delivery date at Checkout, but please note that delivery may be delayed due to factors such as Customs delays, adverse weather conditions, or an increase in demand.

Can I track my order after it has been dispatched?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with tracking details so you can monitor the status of your delivery. You will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Yes, we offer expedited shipping options for select items. During Checkout, you may have the option to choose express delivery for faster shipping. The availability and cost of expedited shipping will be displayed at Checkout for your convenience.
