How long do I have to return my order?

You have 5 days from the day of delivery to initiate a return.

Is there a return eligibility criteria?

All products are eligible for return. To initiate a return, sign in to your account, go to Orders & Returns, and click ‘Start a Return’. If you don’t have an account, visit our Return page.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns can take up to 7 days to process. You will receive an email confirming the initiation of your return.

Do I get a refund or exchange for returned items?

We offer a refund for returned items.

How can I return my order?

Returning your order is easy.

  2. Click on ‘Orders & Returns’.
  3. Select the items you wish to return.
  4. Our customer service representative will reach you.
  5. We will send our carrier to you if the situation qualifies
Is there a return shipping fee?

We offer a free returns service for all orders shipped worldwide. Please note: original delivery charges will not be included in your refund.

What happens if duties were paid at checkout?

Duties paid at checkout will be returned to you as part of your total refund. However, duties and taxes paid at your delivery destination are non-refundable through Nexus Flair.

Can I claim back duties and taxes from my local Customs office?

Yes, you may be able to claim these charges back by contacting your local Customs office.

What packaging should I use for the return?

Please return your item(s) in the original packaging provided, including any branded packaging (boxes, dust bags, and hangers). If you don’t have the original packaging, use alternative suitable packaging. Note: Damage to brand packaging may affect the refund processing.
